AKTERM Standart – Universal atmosphere-resistant, heat-energy-saving coating based on water dispersion, is intended for applications onto different types of surfaces (metal, brick, concrete, bitumen, metal, wood).
Applied as paint – acts as a heat-hydro barrier! Coating AKTERM Standart does not contain organic solvent, fire-proof, non-toxic, dielectric, suitable for use both outside and inside residential and industrial premises.
- Insulation of walls, floors, ceilings, roofs
- Protection against ultraviolet light and environmental hazards
- Insulation of the exterior part of a facility: facade, roofs
- Receptacles, tanks, cisterns
- Civil and industrial pipelines
- Metal structures
- Thermal insulation of hangars, garages, warehouses
- Thermal protection of vehicles, containers
When AKTERM Standart of 1 mm thickness is applied – the flow rate is 1 litre per 1 m² surface.
Recommended thickness of finished coating 1.0 – 2.5 mm. It should be taken into account that the thicker the layer of coating – the higher its thermal insulating properties.
There may be overexpenditure due to high surface porosity.
It is recommended that the surface should be treated with acrylic primer. The color of the coating after drying is white, it is possible to tint into light tones according to RAL.
1 mm of coating thickness dries out at room temperature and normal humidity during 24 hours.
After applying of decorative plaster wallpapers are glued or painted with a water-baseddecorative paint.
It is possible to use as an independent finish covering.
After complete drying of the insulating layer for 24 hours, the surface can be operated in a temperature range from -60°C to +150°C.
AKTERM Standart is applied 1 mm layer-thick under ambient temperature of +7C° up to +40°C and relative humidity of not more than 80%.
If the surface area is small, a spatula or a regular brush may be used.
On large areas, liquid thermal insulation is applied by means of a special vacuum spraying machine (Graco Mark 5 or Mark 10).
It is necessary to use nozzles of hard-alloy material to apply heat paint, because other normal nozzles quickly deteriorate.
Plastic bucket with volume: 2, 5, 10 or 20 litres.
Transport conditions of the product: at a temperature of +5°C to +45°C;
